Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable male and female support workers to assist our clients in Charlestown and Argenton. You will help clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, ensuring care is delivered in a respectful and person-centred way.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support household tasks and meal preparation
- Facilitate community engagement and social activities
- Follow individual support plans
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with supervisors
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
- Reliable transport
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with specific or complex disabilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong commitment to person-centred care
