Helping Participants in getting access to private housing if they cannot get access themselves.

Specialty Areas of Support:

Embrace provides support to participants with different disabilities.

Restrictive Practice:

Embrace community care is registered to implement restrictive practice.
We have our own RP panel

Documentation and Data Collection:

Embrace community care uses a CRM system that can be accessed through mobile phones computers and tablets. Our system collects data, and an extensive report can be built with a click of a button.
