Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities, aligned with their NDIS plans and personal goals

• Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and NDIS standards

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of excellent care

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

1. Be currently employed by Embrace Community Care on a casual contract

2. Meet all compliance, availability, and performance standards (including completion of Talent LMS training modules)

3. Have full-time availability with flexibility across working hours and locations

4. Hold full Australian working rights

5. Possess valid and current documentation, including:

   1. Certificate in Disability

   2. First Aid & CPR certification

   3. National Police Check

   4. Working With Children Check (WWCC)

   5. NDIS Orientation Module completion

   6. NDIS Screening Check

   7. Valid Driver’s License
